Dr. Jeffrey Yip is an Associate Professor of Management at Simon Fraser University, where he teaches leadership in the Executive MBA and executive education programs on Digital Transformation, AI-Empowered Leadership, and the Technology Leadership Program with CIO Canada.

His research is published in academic and business journals, including the Academy of Management Annals, Human Resource Management, Harvard Business Review, the Journal of Organizational Behavior, and MIT Sloan Management Review. His HBR article “Are You Really a Good Listener?” (with Colin Fisher) was named a Top 10 Must-Read Article on Communication.

With more than 20 years of experience in leadership development, including work at the Center for Creative Leadership, Dr. Yip helps leaders navigate complexity and build more effective organizations.
