Rebecca Mintz is a PhD student in Organizational Behavior and Theory at Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business. She received her master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from George Mason University. Prior to this career change, Rebecca had a successful nearly 15-year career as an architectural lighting designer. Her experiences with complex team dynamics and multiteam systems in the architecture industry influences her research agenda. Rebecca also holds a Master of Fine Arts degree in Architectural Lighting Design from Parsons School of Design and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Commerce, Organizations, and Entrepreneurship (focus: Business Economics) from Brown University.
